  • Can I come use the range if I’m not a member, and don’t have my Permit to Carry?
    • Yes, you can. Just keep in mind that having a membership has many great perks!
  • Why can’t I bring my own ammo into the range?
    • Due to liability reasons, only approved and purchased ammo from Dead On Arms can be used on the range.
  • How much is your range ammo?
    • You can find our range ammo prices here (our range ammunition is sold at or below other local ammunition dealers price).
  • How much does an FFL transfer cost?
    • An FFL transfer is $50 for a non-member.
  • I’m looking for a specific item, but I can’t find it in your store. Can you order it for me?
    • Absolutely! You can come into the store and fill out a special order form, OR you can email your inquiries to: candi@deadonshootingrange.com
  • Are you a Blue Label Dealer?
    • Yes, we are! You can find out more information here.
  • How can I make a lane reservation?
    • Lane reservations are a perk we have specifically for our members, however if you have a large group arrangements can be made.
  • Can you give me a quote for a work party or a large group?

  • What are the range safety rules?
    • You can find the range safety rules listed here at the bottom of the page, and they are also listed inside the range as well as in our retail area.
  • Am I allowed to bring my own firearm?
    • Yes. Nothing over .50 caliber handgun or .338 Lapua rifle is allowed inside the range.
  • If I have kids, are they able to come with?
    • Sure can! Youth 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult. If you have younger kids (7-10), and are just introducing them to firearms our youth day may be a better option for you. You can find more info here
  • I’m having trouble registering for classes, what can I do?
    • You can simply email: info@deadonshootingrange.com or call (218) 729-9689, and we would be happy to assist you.
  • When are your Permit to Carry/Permit Holder classes?
    • Our Permit to Carry & Holders classes are held 4 days a week, with the other 3 days BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You may find the schedule here and pick which day and time works best for you!
  • Do you have women’s only firearm classes or one-on-one options available?
    • Yes! You may find more info on women’s only classes here, and one-on-one training is by appointment only.
  • Do you have a certified Glock smith?
    • Yes, we do! They would be more than happy to assist you with any questions or technical issues you may have with your firearm.
